Stephanie contribution to GPP’s professional team includes over 30 years of Human Resources experience to GPP from various HR leadership roles ranging from HR Region Manager, Employee Relations/Investigation Manager, HR Director and Vice President of Human Resources, supporting Field Operations, Legal Departments, and Corporate Offices.
Stephanie has spent most of her professional career supporting multi-unit /multistate businesses in the Hospitality, and Home Services Industries partnering and supporting leaders in the areas of employee relations, investigations, performance management, wage and hour compliance, compensation and benefits, union avoidance, training and development, and recruiting/hiring.
As a California native working mostly for California based companies she is especially well versed in California employment and wage and hour laws. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton and has certified as SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
Stephanie’s favorite thing about her HR roles has been the ability interact with employees and management at all levels and to contribute to employee growth and the successes of a business.
