Merrilea is a seasoned human resource professional with over twenty years of broad experience in compliance, employee benefits, payroll and training. She has a broad range of consulting experience with a variety of industries including Utilities, Education, Advertising, Entertainment, Banking, Manufacturing, Financial and Non-Profit organizations.

Merrilea’s extensive experience with a variety of HR & compensation competencies including; due diligence, compliance audits, management coaching and counseling, training and development and start-ups makes her a key partner for a variety of projects.

Merrilea received her formal education at Vanguard University with a Bachelors’ Degree in Organizational Management and Webster’s University for her Masters of Business Administration. Merrilea also holds and maintains several senior level certifications in human resources (SPHR & SHRM-SCP) and payroll (CPP). Merrilea has worked with GPP on a project basis over the years.
