Kim brings over 20 years of experience to GPP in HR Business Partner and leadership roles. Kim has spent most of her professional career supporting technology, financial, and healthcare companies both domestically and internationally in the areas of recruiting/hiring, employee relations, culture integration, performance management and compensation and benefits. Kim’s International experience includes partnering/ supporting leaders in India, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Dubai, Singapore, and Australia. She serves as a board member for Haven House Services and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity in Wake County, NC.
