Erica started her Human Resources career as an HR Generalist in both private and non-profit environments. With her broad knowledge and perspective in Human Resources, Erica turned her focus to Total Rewards and in 2015 completed her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designations. This, paired with her Business degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, makes her a dynamic addition to the GrowthPort Partners team. Erica currently supports clients cross functionally including Total Rewards strategy and Compensation Analysis, Health and Wellness Benefits Management, Reporting and Compliance, Handbook and Policy review and HR Technology.
In her free time Erica enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling. She considers herself a huge foodie and is always looking to try something new!
