Erica began her Human Resources career as an HR Generalist for five years in both private and non-profit environments. With her broad knowledge and perspective in Human Resources, Erica turned her educational focus to Employee Benefits and in 2015 completed her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. This, paired with her Business degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, makes her a dynamic addition to the GrowthPort Partners team.

In her free time Erica enjoys reading, hiking and traveling. She considers herself a huge foodie and is always looking to try something new!
