Camila adds an international presence to GrowthPort Partners working from her GPP office in Columbia! Joining the firm two years ago, Camila’s detailed focus makes her work on employer/employee risk and satisfaction surveys, analysis of data gathered through audits and assessment projects, drafting and translating policies and training materials and Employee Handbook and legislative updates look easy! Camila is also responsible for the Spanish translation of documents for our clientele.

Camila’s education is in Industrial Engineering which lends well to GPP’s suggestion and implementation of varied productivity methods and optimization tools in the Human Resources area to bring about change, profitability and enhanced benefits for GPP clientele and their most valuable asset, their employees.
